Not designing from the outside — I live the exact problem: booking, invoicing, staying findable, tracking money solo. I've already built and used my own version of most of what I'd build for you.
Years of clinical listening — hearing past the presenting complaint to what's actually going on — carry over directly: I ask what's actually slowing someone down before I ask what to build, so the two line up.
